A soft flapjack style cookie mix containing oats and raisins with a subtle blend of spices.
Just add: 1 egg & 75g butter.
Jar size: 0.5 litre
Makes approx: 18 – 20 cookies.
Instructions: Pour the contents of the jar into a mixing bowl. Add 1 medium beaten egg and 75g melted butter. Mix together by hand until blended. Place small balls of mixture approx 5cm apart on to a baking sheet and bake at 180oC/fan 160oC/gas 4 for 11-13 mins until the edges are brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 min before transferring to a cooling rack.
Store in an airtight container for 3 days or freeze for 1 month.
Note: This mix does not contain nuts but is produced in an environment which handles nuts.
