Known as Bohea Lapsang in Europe, this was the first black tea to arrive in Europe from China and has been loved for centuries. During its drying process it has been fired by pine logs that were gathered in forests surrounding the growing area, adding a gentle smokiness to the tea. Its rich flavour makes it easy to mix with milk, sugar, ice or even cocktails.
Use 3gr or 1 teaspoon of tea for 250ml or 1 cup water. Boil fresh filtered water and allow to cool to 90°C. Infuse for 1 minute or longer if a stronger taste is preferred.
