A nice cup of tea in the morning or with sweets in the afternoon
One of the world most famous black tea, TanYang GongFu was drunk exclusively by the British and Dutch royal families during the 1870s. It also won the gold prize of Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915. This black tea comes from the same region as the 19th century TanYang GongFu tea. Grown at an organic tea farm its tea leaves are of a high quality and is processed using the same 19th century techniques.
Brewing Guide:Use 3gr or 1 teaspoon of tea for 250ml or 1 cup of filtered water. Boil water and allow to cool to a temperature of 90°C / 194°F. Brew for 2 minutes.
