Siberian Sturgeon (Acipenser baerii) caviar features medium-size grains and a shiny roe surface.
Prepared in a Malossol fashion using the perfect amount of sea salt to ensure a flawless grain texture and a memorable experience.
Sturgeon caviar is characterized by a creamy flavour and a silky smooth melt in the mouth sensation, as the delicious roe almost dissolves over the tastebuds.
It's recommended to serve the caviar on blinis atop a layer of creme fraiche.
Alternatively, serve on a delicate slice of smoked salmon with a couple of capers, or with boiled eggs or scallops.
The utmost care is taken to ensure the caviar is in perfect condition, which means that it is fresh packed and shipped overnight in a chilled box.
