These famed 'black diamonds of the kitchen' have been paired with the Hungarian Royal Tokaji Wine, a wine that 'would make angels sing out loud in praise'. The final result is a truly unique, premium quality jelly.
Uses: Try it with goose liver or poultry dishes such as chicken or duck breast. Cold cuts of meat and charcuterie are perfect, as well as a good cheese board with blue cheese and Camembert. You can even pair it with sweet dishes.
