England's oldest working trout farm set in the historic village of Bibury. 

The purity of the sparkling, spring fed waters of the River Coln gives their trout their delicious, delicate flavour. Their trout are produced in house, grown from eggs on the farm using their own line of brood fish which gives them full control of their health and wellbeing.

They sell whole (gutted) rainbow trout, fresh fillets (with or without marinade), hot/cold/lightly smoked fillets, pate, fish cakes, fish pies and scotch eggs (made with trout rather than sausage meat) - delicious!
