Black Mountains Smokery Oak Roasted Hot-Smoked Salmon

Incredibly succulent with a mild smoky flavour, it is sure to impress when entertaining or as an easy family meal.

 Fabulous festive food, easy to prepare and perfect for partys, birthdays or celebrations.

We use only fresh superior-grade salmon, sustainably sourced from named farms on the West coast of Scotland. The salmon fillets are lightly cured and then gently kiln-roasted in smouldering hot oak smoke.

Simply open and allow to reach to room temperature, garnish and serve with roasted beetroot and baby potatoes with your favourite green salad leaves and a dill cream on the side! Serve whole or flaked. 

 

Who we are

Black Mountains Smokery is based in the beautiful Brecon Beacons in south Wales. With provenance at the heart of what they do, they only use the best fresh products, locally sourced from UK suppliers only. They take this good food and make it even better with their smoking process, where their skilled smokers expertly combine modern machinery with traditional methods.

The fine quality of their smoked products reflects the extreme care they take at each stage of the process, from sourcing right through to preparation and smoking.

Available as a multi-buy of 4 x 190g portions (individually vacuum sealed for freshness), or a 900g side.

Black Mountains Smokery always recommend having a jar of Dill Mustard sauce to hand - it's delicious with oak-roasted salmon when let down with a little crème fraîche. 

 

 

Shelf life & storage

Shelf life is a minimum of 14 days. Keep refrigerated below 5°C, and eat within 3 days of opening.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase for up to 6 months

Ready to eat. Best served at room temperature. Please note that it may contain bones.
