A Great Taste Award winning classic salami with the twist of being British and using wild garlic. It’s a great example of what comes of sometimes keeping things simple, and it will delight anywhere salami is required, with its rich meaty notes and elegant seasoning.
Heritage breed pork, with a nose to tail approach (this salami is made with the trim from our award-winning coppa and lomo), combined to create this rhapsody in sausage. Garlic salami is a classic, but for fans of a little local twist, we give you wild garlic and delicious local wine in the mix.
Each 60g sliced pack will serve two as part of a charcuterie board or for a starter. It will split three or four ways if your charcuterie board features three or four meats overall.
Our Wild Garlic Salami can be stored ambiently, but if you have the chance to keep it in the fridge, you might as well. Get it to room temperature before serving, to release the flavour. Once opened, you can wrap in clingfilm or pop in a sealable bag and keep in the fridge for up to a week.
