This afternoon tea box contains all of the delicious food and drinks needed for a fabulous afternoon tea. We bake all of the items ourselves, pack with care and deliver on a tracked overnight service.
Afternoon tea is a great gift for a special occasion as a surprise or simply to order for yourself to enjoy!
Your afternoon tea box will include the following (per serving):
- 1 Sausage roll
- 2 cakes (contents may vary but usually from this list): Chocolate brownie, Lemon & coconut slice, Carrot cake, Chocolate chip loaf cake
- 2 scones: 1 fruit and 1 plain
- 1 floral biscuit
- Rodda’s clotted cream
- Tiptree preserve
- 2 drinks (from our selection of teas & coffees
Vegetarians / Vegans
We are able to cater for Vegetarians & Vegans too and will provide vegan alternatives for any appropriate items such as Vegan 'sausage' rolls and replace the cream with a Vegan creme fraiche. We take great pride in our Vegan substitutes so promise they're absolutely delicious.
We use sustainable and compostable sheep wool insulation for our chilled packaging. The RSPCA advise sheep must be sheared annually for their health and our supplier is sensitive to the welfare of animals in acquiring their wool. If you'd like to find out more please contact us.
Please note that the plates, cups and cake stand shown in the images are not included with this product, but these are included in our Deluxe Afternoon Tea.
All of the food is lovingly made in our kitchen with chilled items packed into insulated bags to keep it cool and fresh on its way to you.
Free delivery
This afternoon tea can be delivered Tuesday to Friday each week so select a delivery date when you order (ideally the day before you'd like to consume it as it will be delivered by Royal Mail/Parcel Force anytime during the day, on a Tracked 24/next day service).
Storage
When you receive the delivery remove any chilled items from their packaging and keep in the fridge until you're ready to tuck in. Keep everything else in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Items should be eaten within 5 days, but are at their best eaten as soon as possible after delivery.
