KIT 1: ALMOND DACQUOISE - 90g egg white, 60g caster sugar, 15g plain flour,15g icing sugar, 70g ground almonds.
KIT 2: CRUNCHIE FEUILLETINE- 50g milk chocolate, 20g cocoa butter, 125g hazelnut praline, 60g feuilletine.
KIT 3: CHOCOLATE MOUSSE-55g caster sugar, 110g whole eggs, 140g dark chocolate, 230g whipping cream.
KIT 4: FINISHING- 30g feuilletine. 300g dark chocolate glaze, 30g chocolate decor.
Shelf life: The baking kit holds for up to 72 hours from the dispatch moment.
