BucknBird is the UKs first salami crisp brand.
Combining the meaty goodness of salami, with the satisfying crunch of crisps into one tasty product – what’s not to like?
Founded by two friends, it took them over a year to work on and perfect the cut, salami choice and the optimal crunch. Original recipe is seasoned with paprika, and our chilli flavour is seasoned with a touch of chilli to add some extra tingle to the taste. Our cheddar recipe is crunchy salami with cheddar flavour.

BUCKNBIRD SALAMI CRISPS DISCOVERY PACK (ORIGINAL, CHILLI & CHEDDAR)
Finely ground raw dried maturing smoked pork sausage. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Original Salami Crisps Ingredients: pork, pork fat, salt, spices incl. paprika extract, flavourings, glucose, colouring: carminic acid, antioxidant: sodium erythorbate, preservative:sodium nitrite, starter culture. Prepared with 246g of pork per 100g of finished product. May contain celery, mustard, soya, milk derivatives.
Chilli Salami Crisps Ingredients: pepper,glucose, colouring: carminic acid, antioxidant: sodium erythorbate, preservative:sodium nitrite, starter culture. Prepared with 246g of pork per 100g of finished product. May contain celery, mustard, soya, milk derivatives. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 4°C to 25°C.Once opened, consume within 48 hours and by use by date.
Cheddar Salami Crisps Ingredients: pork, pork fat, salt, spices, milk protein, flavourings, colouring: annatto, glucose, colouring: carminic acid, antioxidant: sodium erythorbate, preservative: sodium nitrate, starter culture. Prepared with 246g of pork per 100g of finished product. May contain celery, mustard, soya, milk derivatives. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 4°C to 25°C. Once opened, consume within 48 hours and by use by date.
