Delivery information:
We use protective packaging and ice bottles and we use a DHL Next Day service to ship our empanadas. Order by 11am (Mon-Thu) and get them delivered straight to your doorstep the very next day. Advanced order? No problem, just let us know at checkout and we will deliver when you need them. We deliver Tuesdays through to Fridays.
Shelf Life:
Our empanadas last 3 months in the freezer or 2 days in the fridge from the time you receive them.
Heating up/serving instructions:
Our empanadas are already fully cooked so you just need to heat them up and it's very easy! You can heat them up directly from frozen or from fresh.
To heat up from fresh:
- Pre-heat oven to 220C Fan
- Place empanadas in the oven in a baking tray with baking paper. Leave for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Rest for 1 to 2 minutes before serving and then enjoy!
To heat up from frozen:
- Pre-heat oven to 160C Fan
- Place empanadas in the oven in a baking tray with baking paper. Leave for 10 minutes.
- Increase the heat to 220C Fan and continue for 8 to 10 more minutes.
- Rest for 1 to 2 minutes before serving and then enjoy!
