About Us
My name is Carlos Capparelli, and I am excited to introduce you to Capparelli Artisan Pasta. We are a small, family-run artisan pasta producer based in Belfast.
Handcrafted
Our pasta is handcrafted in Belfast using British organic ancient grains and Italian durum wheat.Traditional Methods: We use traditional bronze dies to achieve a rough texture that holds more sauce. Our pasta is slow-dried at low temperatures (maximum 38°C) for 24 to 30 hours, preserving both flavor and texture.
Sustainably Sourced
For our Classica and Integrale range, we source our flour from the Prime Terre Project, which supports local farmers in Southern Italy, ensuring sustainability and local origin of the wheat grains. The flour for our Einkorn and white Spelt pasta comes from organic ancient grains milled in the Cotswolds, England.

In 2023, Capparelli won an award at the Blas na hÉireann Irish Food Awards.
