There are several grades of Ti Kuan Yin Oolong (a.k.a Iron Goddess of Mercy). This particular type is the premium grade and has many of the characteristics of top Ti Kuan Yin Oolongs. We find this particular grade is sweet with a fragrant finish and has no bitter notes.
A distinctive light cup that has hints of orchid-like flavour. Excellent for quiet moments, this tea can be drunk at any time of the day and can also be drunk hot or cold.

To Brew: Oolong teas are best enjoyed when the leaves are briefly infused with boiling water, which is then poured off. The tea is then re-infused and tea is poured after about 1-2 minutes. The leaves may be used several times, with each infusion yielding a different flavour from the proceeding cup.
Shelf Life; 1 year
The retail boxes are completely plastic free, and the internal bags are made from plant material and fully compostable.
