This refreshing and deceptively light combination will remind you why peppermint chocolate has long been an after-dinner favourite. Dark, smooth chocolate with a minty tingle, delicious hot or iced.
We make chocolate bars and then grate them. Fun fact: chocolate made for eating usually has extra cocoa butter added so it melts in your mouth, however if you put this in to a drink it can leave some oil on the surface and less body in your hot chocolate. We balance our recipes for making a rich, chocolately drink, our chocolate is designed for drinking.
We use single-origin chocolate sourced from small producers, which have been carefully selected for their optimum quality, unique sweetness, and traceability to support social consciousness.
Directions: Stir 3 dessert spoons (30g) into a cup of hot milk (150ml)
