Handmade using Corndale Farms Free Range Pork this Salami has been delicately seasoned with garlic and Fennel.
Cured and air dried for a number of weeks to allow all the flavours to mature. The Pork used in it's creation comes from all our own rare breed pigs.
A literal field to fork product which Corndale Farm is very passionate about since the Northern Irish company's foray into the world of Charcuterie in 2016.
A delectable addition that can stand on its own or alongside any of our other products on your cheeseboard.
It has a subtley sweet "anise-like" flavour and aroma.
STORAGE : Suitable for Ambient storage, Once opened store in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 5 days.
