These classic salami sticks are made to an Italian recipe, using Cornish Charcuterie's home-reared free range Cornish Lop pork.
Selectively sourced herbs and spices are used to enhance the flavour of the meat before it's gently smoked over beech chippings.
The sausages are then matured to perfection over 10 days to 8 weeks, depending on the salami size.
