The salami is made to an Italian recipe with Cornish Charcuterie's home-reared free range Cornish Lop pork.
The delicious flavour is beautifully enhanced with hand-foraged sea spaghetti from the Cornish Seaweed Company, and Cornish Charcuterie's own cider.
Then, they're left to mature for 10 days to 8 weeks, depending on size.
