This Chocolate Bar Box Set features two of each of six of our artisan chocolate bar flavours.
12 Milk, Dark and White Chocolate Bars (6 x2 of each):
- Bar Humbug - a peppermint flavoured bar of 64% dark chocolate with hints of toffee.
- Brown Ale - a 42% milk chocolate bar with the North East's famous malted ale.
- Ginger and Lavender - stem ginger spiced 64% dark chocolate bar with a hint of delicate floral lavender oil.
- Hazelnut Praline - hazelnut praline in our 34% milk chocolate dotted with tiny, crunchy hazelnut nibs.
- Mango Smoothie - a refreshing mango and yogurt smoothie reinvented as a white chocolate bar.
- Strawberry Waffle Cone - the fresh taste of strawberries and the delicate crunch of waffle cones, captured in our white chocolate.

Created by artisan Chocolatier Jane Williams, these chocolates are made by hand in small batches, each one hand-decorated and unique. Along with her assistant chocolatier Jenny, they happily spend many hours making truffles, caramels, fondants, jellies and more, coating them in chocolate couverture with an antique ‘enrober’ and packing them in beautiful gift boxes.
Our chocolate is sourced sustainably, with Cocoa Horizons. This is an impact-driven program, focused on cocoa farmer prosperity and helping build self-sustaining farming communities that protect nature and children.
