Artisan Milk Chocolate Easter Egg Filled with Natural Spring Salt Truffles
Handcrafted Truffles made with smooth, creamy milk chocolate and infused with the purest spring salt from ancient reservoirs.
Spring Salt is a very pure source of natural salt. Extracted from underground reservoirs, the salt water remains extremely pure, and as a result tastes more intense than other sources of salt.
Our source is Droitwich Salt, and we are pioneering the use of this natural ingredient in our artisan chocolate truffles.
Our Easter Eggs are made with 2 layers of chocolate, hand moulded in small batches. Our chocolatiers make each half shell individually, filling it with molten chocolate, and draining the excess out . Once it has set, this is repeated to create a thicker shell.They are brushed with a pearlescent gold shimmer, with extra drizzles of hand-piped chocolate and sprinkles to finish.
Each one is unique.
The eggs are wrapped in cellophane with satin ribbons.
