A flagship artisan biscuit from Sicilian bakery Tumminello, produced from selected Timilia and Majorca wheat flour and the finest organic Modica IGP dark chocolate. A traditional recipe with a sweet modern twist of chocolate that evokes the aromas and flavours of the past.
Each and every Tumminello biscuit embodies experience and tradition honed over more than 40 years in the Sicilian medieval town of Castelbuono, where sisters Arcangela and Rosa together with their husbands opened a workshop for the production of biscuits and bread using local stone-milled wheat, Modica chocolate, manna, local olive oil, lemons, Avola almonds and Bronte pistachios.
Far away from any mass production, Delicario believe in the unique spirit of natural ingredients, harvested and processed with love by small family businesses, always with sustainability in mind. Each artisan product has been thoughtfully selected to inspire celebration and harmony in flavours.



Durum wheat flour (variety Timilia) 33%, brown sugar, soft wheat flour type 1 (variety Maiorca) 14%, fresh free range eggs 11,8%, organic “Modica IGP dark chocolate” (cocoa mass - origin: Ecuador variety: National fino de aroma; unrefined raw cane sugar, Cocoa 70% minimum) 8,5%, butter, extra virgin olive oil 5,6%, fresh whole milk 4%, salt, flavouring, raising agent: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate.
