Salted Pineapple Chilli Jam was inspired by how Thai street vendors serve fresh fruit with salt and chilli.

How does it taste? Packed with pineapples, it has a deep complex flavour perfectly balancing sweetness, smokiness and spiciness.
How is it made? First, ripe pineapples are covered with salt, then slow roasted for about an hour to caramelise. The salt unlocks natural sugars in the pineapple, which then caramelise and char creating a complex sweetness and smokiness. They're then blended with charred yellow peppers, my vinegar blend, and bird's eye chillies to create this delicious fruity chilli jam.
How spicy is it? Heat tolerance is very individual! This is a mild/medium level chilli jam rated 2/5 on our heat scale, which everyone will be able to enjoy.
Goes well with... your chutney tray with curries and poppadoms, anything deep fried n crispy like spring rolls or tempura, in an eggy breakfast sarnie, or in a grilled chicken or veggie burger at a BBQ
What’s the shelf life? 12 months from production unopened, 3 months once in the fridge.
