Fermented foods that are good for the body, crafted to recipes that put great produce and flavour first. 

Glyn and Pat first met while working in a quirky London kitchen and bonded over their shared passion for cuisine, travel and science. Their most revered foods were the products of fermentation, so they experimented with eating more fermented food and were surpised to find it caused a noticeable rise in energy levels and focus. This inspired them to perfect their own vegetable ferment recipes and create Eaten Alive, with hopes to make them available to everyone who wants food that both tastes and feels good.

Eaten Alive's range of live kimchi, krauts and fermented hot sauce are carefully crafted in London. They use their expert knowledge to combine the right produce, time and temperature, to harness the power of natural processes and create live products filled with flavours that wouldn't otherwise exist.
