Made from hand-cut Chinese leaf and a blend of raw vegetables, sea salt and Korean chilli flakes.
This Kimchi is fermented for 3 weeks in order to achieve a complex, savoury and tangy flavour profile.
Try as a topping for rice, noodles, hot dogs, burgers or sandwiches. It even pairs very well with blue cheese!
Or feel free to enjoy it straight from the jar.
It's a joy to cook with too; marinade a slab of fatty pork overnight then slowly braise for hours to make a simple and rich one-pot meal.

Inspired by tradition and carefully crafted in London by Eaten Alive. They create fermented foods that are good for the body, using recipes that put great produce and flavour first.
Unfortunately, many of the fermented foods available nowadays are pasteurised after fermentation to extend shelf life, effectively killing the billions of beneficial bacteria.
