Our Chimichurri is an awesome way to enjoy red meats! It's herby, garlicky & delicately spicy with warmth with its blend of smoked paprika & bell peppers. This gorgeous blend will utterly transform anything it touches. The classic way to use it is as a sauce or drizzle over cooked meats; mix with a splash of oil & red wine vinegar to form a loose sauce & leave for a few hours for the herbs to rehydrate & for all the flavours to meld together. Then drizzle a spoonful over sliced steak, game or other red meats.
We can't describe how good this is: we literally had it 6 nights out of 7 when we finally nailed the recipe! We even drizzled it on roast veg & stirred some into lentils one night.
Of course, you can also use it as a marinade in the usual way & it will impart a richness into any meats. Like most of our other rubs, this has NO SUGAR either.
Shelf life: 2 years
