Finest White Truffle Oil

Our cold-pressed White Truffle Oil is rich, luxurious & fabulously decadent! Because it is so rich, you'll only need (literally) a few drops for a massive kick of flavour. Perfect on pasta, pizza, rocket, seafood, especially scallops, mushrooms & so much more. Add a drizzle to mashed potatoes for a quick Truffle Mash or make fab Truffle Fries with a drizzle with some chopped parsley!

Because this is a cold-pressed, extra virgin rapeseed oil it's beautiful on it's own as a dressing or over freshly cooked pasta. Try adding a few drops into a home-made mayonnaise for a delicious twist! One teaspoonis enough to dress a pasta dish for two. If you've never used White Truffle Oil before, we suggest you drizzle into a teaspoon and use that to dress a dish - that way you won't use too much and overpower things.

We use a gorgeous, single-estate British rapeseed oil that's cold-pressed, so it's as good drizzled on salads as it is for cooking with. Apart from supporting British farmers, we find the infusions taste 'cleaner' and are more defined using rapeseed oil. 

Aged White Balsamic Vinegar

Our award-winning Aged White Balsamic vinegar is light, fruity & full of fruit flavours. Naturally sweet, we don't add a grain of sugar to this balsamic either, resulting in a clean, fresh-tasting dressing. It's sweet with a hint of creaminess & almost-butterscotch backnotes.

A lot of people haven't even heard of a white balsamic, and even the ones that have haven't tasted one this good! Whilst not as thick as our traditional aged range, it's noticeably thicker & more syrupy than any we've seen. Even the lightest drizzle will add a zing to salads, fish, seafood (especially scallops or tuna) or even a fruit salad.

It won't caramelise as easily as the traditional (dark) balsamic vinegars so it's versatile enough to use in cooking. A drizzle when cooking pancetta or roast pork will add an extra dimension of flavour that works beautifully, or use to balance a ceviche for a lightness & purity that is difficult to achieve using a cheap, sugary-sweet fruit vinegar or a traditional, rich aged balsamic vinegar.

Gran Riserva 'Special Reserve' Aged Balsamic Vinegar:

If you're looking for a glaze or a thicker balsamic, our intense, rich & naturally sweet 'Gran Riserva'is the one for you! One key difference with this compared with other cheaper imitations is that we don't use watery, thin balsamic vinegar; these are thick enough to use as a glaze but without the artificial sweeteners & thickeners. A few drops on any salad, meats, fruits, cheeses & much more completes any dish. We also don't add a grain of sugar, caramel (E150) or sweetener anywhere in the process - all the sweetness comes from the passing of time & from the fruit itself. 

This is unlike any 'supermarket balsamic' or cheap, watery vinegars made with 40-50% sugar. Neither do we do 'reductions' - cheaper vinegars that have been boiled to reduce them & make them thicker. Rather, our Gran Riserva 'Special Reserve'is a stunning, authentic aged balsamic from Modena, home of the World's finest balsamic vinegars, aged for years in barrels until just the right balance of sweetness is attained.

Use it as your 'go-to' balsamic: dress a salad, dip chunks of crusty bread into it, drizzle on meats or add a dash to sauces; try a few drops over game, lamb or steak as you serve. It's also fab on sautéed greens & veg. This is an incredible partner to anything and you'll only need a few drops to give a real richness.
