Our wood smoking chips are totally pure, natural hardwood or fruitwood species, sourced sustainably and produced specifically for food smoking. Packed in 150g weights, the chips are typically 6 to 10 mm in size, ideal for all bbqs, smokers and ceramic grills. Each 150g bag will give you 1 or 2 smoking sessions. Store in a cool dry place and they will last for at least 2 years.
