We love Asian food—particularly Asian noodle dishes and vegetable stir-fries with rice—but it can sometimes be a challenge to make homemade dishes as zingy and flavoursome as popular restaurant dishes.
Our solution is the Janda Soy, Chilli & Garlic Sauce. This is an Asian style sauce that can be used for stir frying or marinading.
Inspired by Filipino Adobo sauce, this has kick of heat from the chilli as well as warmth from ginger and garlic, with additional savoury flavour from soy sauce.
Cider Vinegar (30%), Brown Sugar, Tomato Paste, Garlic Puree (9%) (garlic, acid:citric acid), Soy Sauce (7%) (water, soybeans, salt, sugar, wheat), Ginger Puree (ginger, acid: citric acid), Chilli Puree (cayenne pepper, salt, acid: acetic acid), Rapeseed Oil, Cornflour, Bayleaf, Black Pepper.
