All just need water and a heat source to make them.
The Coconut Curried Lentil soup mix needs a can of coconut milk, however, we've been advised that if you're on a syn-free diet program you can substitute the coconut milk with Greek yoghurt and some coconut essence instead. Customers have also made this without the coconut milk and it is still as tasty)
The Pea soup needs blending.

QUINOA, TOMATO AND RED PEPPER SOUP MIX - Gluten-Free and Vegan
Ingredients: Dried Quinoa (63%), Tomato Powder (13%), Vegetable Bouillon (Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavouring, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Spinach Powder, Onion Powder, Spice Extract, Nutmeg, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)) Dried Red Peppers (5%), Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, & Dried Thyme.
To make: Add mix to a pan with 1500ml of cold water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins.
Add more water to original level if required.
Season to taste.
Can also be used as a pasta sauce.

PEA SOUP MIX - Gluten Free and Vegan
Ingredients: Dried Green Split Peas (91%), Vegetable Bouillon (Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavouring, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Spinach Powder, Onion Powder, Spice Extract, Nutmeg, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Dried Onion, Dried Parsley, Dried Garlic, Paprika.
To make: Place the packet contents in a pan with 1500ml of cold water.
Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring regularly.
Blend when peas are soft until the soup is smooth.
Season to taste.

COCONUT CURRIED LENTIL SOUP MIX - Gluten-free and vegan
Ingredients: Dried Red Lentils (31%), Dried Brown Lentils (31%), Dried Green Lentils (22%), Curry Powder (6%) (Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Fenugreek, Cardamon, chilli powder, black pepper, Fennel), Vegetable Bouillon (Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavouring, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Spinach Powder, Onion Powder, Spice Extract, Nutmeg, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Dried Carrot, Dried Onion, Spices (Paprika, Cumin, Turmeric).
To make: Empty the packet into a large pan, add 1500ml of cold water and a 400ml can of coconut milk.
Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer/stir until lentils have softened (around 45 minutes).
Top up water to original level if required.
Season to taste.
