THAI COCONUT SOUP MIX - Gluten-Free
Ingredients: Coconut Milk Powder (38%) (Coconut extract, hydrolysed starch, Emulsifier (Sodium Caseinate) (contains Milk), Acidity Regulator (tri-calcium phosphate ), Dried Rice, Chicken Flavour Vegan Stock Mix, (Vegetable stock (Water, onion, carrot juice, tomato, herb extract), glucose syrup, flavourings, yeast extracts, salt, maltodextrin, sugar, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil.) Satay flavour Mix (6%) (Demerara Sugar, Dried Glucose Syrup, Yeast Extract, Salt, Garlic Powder, Cumin, Coriander, Chili Flakes, Chilli Powder, Flavouring, Turmeric, Ginger), Dried Red Peppers, Dried Onion, Dried Porcini Mushrooms, Dried Leeks, Cornflour, Dried Garlic, Ginger Powder, Dried Basil, Soft Brown Sugar, Smoked Paprika.
To make: Add packet contents to 1300ml of cold water.
Optional – add a handful of frozen peas and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes, or until the rice is cooked.
Top up water to the original level during cooking if required.
Stir regularly.

CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP MIX
Ingredients include: Dried Vermicelli (72%) (Durum wheat semolina, water), Chicken Stock (9%) (water, chicken stock, flavouring, glucose syrup, salt, yeast extract, sugar), Dried Onions, Dried Carrot, Dried Courgette, Flavouring, Dried Garlic, Pepper, Dried Bay Leaf.
To make: Add packet contents to a pan with 1800ml of cold water. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for approx. 20 mins or until the vegetables are soft.
Add an extra 150ml of water to make a thinner soup if required.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
Season to taste.

CARROT AND LENTIL SOUP MIX - Gluten-free and vegan
Ingredients: Dried Red Lentils (76%), Dried Carrots (10%), Vegetable Bouillon (Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavouring, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Spinach Powder, Onion Powder, Spice Extract, Nutmeg, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Mild Curry Powder (Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Fenugreek, Cardamon, Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Fennel), Tomato Powder, Dried Onion, Chilli Powder and Garlic Granules.
To make: Add the packet contents to a pan with 1500ml of cold water, bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer.
Cook for approx. 20-30 minutes until the lentils are soft, stirring occasionally.
Blend the soup and serve with an optional swirl of cream.
Season to taste.
