Each oven baked bread mix weighs 250 g, each mug bread weighs 80 g and each mug cake weighs 55 g. The bundle weight approx. 1,300 g.

INGREDIENTS: Golden flaxseed flour, hemp seed protein, psyllium seed husk powder, baking powder, sea salt, erythritol (cakes only) and others (walnuts, mixed seeds, paprika & oregano, rosemary, cacao powder, cinnamon powder, coconut flakes or poppy seeds).

Long shelf life, once baked consume within 5 days, keep in a dry and cold place, dispatched within 1 day.
Preparation & Tips
Mix & form. In a mixing bowl, mix 250 g Keto Baker London baking mixture with 300ml of sparkling water and mix / knead thoroughly.
Let it rest for 15 minutes, form a loaf of bread (or six bread rolls) and score it (if you wish).
Preheat the oven to 190°C fan-assisted.
Bake the bread for 60 minutes (30 minutes for rolls) on the oven rack with baking paper.
Cool down. Let the bread cool down completely and then cut into it.
Enjoy with spreads, in sandwiches or on its own.
Tip: Do you like your bread to have lots of grains and seeds? Add additional pumpkin seeds or nuts to the dough.
