What better way to try out Liza Green Artisan Chocolates!  Belgium born Liza has spend a lifetime perfecting her unique take on hand-made chocolates.  It's a combination of taking the freshest and finest ingredients and applying the latest chocolatier techniques then adding a unique artistic twist.  The result looks fantastic and tastes delicious.

WHAT'S IN THE BOX:  You get a great showcase selection of six of our favourite and most popular hand-made chocolates.  We pride ourselves on using the very best ingredients.  The final choice of the six fresh chocolates in the box changes frequently to keep in step with the seasons, the ebb and flow of the moon and the availability of the best & freshest ingredients.  Don't worry though we always include our delicious take on salted caramel which is perfect for any season.

HOUSE MENU:  Each 6 Box will contain a choice selection from the following full house menu:

• Salted Caramel:  Decadent and delectable milk chocolates filled with a luscious combination of muscovado sugars, cream and Maddon sea flakes. As it's a super-favourite flavour you get 2 of these in the 12 box!
• Passion Fruit Ganache: The real zing! An indescribably fruity tang of fresh passion fruit and cream encased in smooth white chocolate.
• Blood Orange and Chilli:  A balance of fresh blood orange, cream, milk and dark chocolate plus a tingling of chilli, in a dark chocolate shell with edible pure gold leaf. 
• Minty: Our unique take on the night-time after dinner classic treat. Belgian dark chocolate, cream and fresh garden mint.
• Champagne & Strawberry:  Strawberries and Marc de Champagne blended with cream and milk chocolate in a milk chocolate shell.
• Honey & Nougat: A blend of cultures and flavours.  Italian nougat wiht English honey, finished in Belgian milk chocolate. 
• Hazelnut Praline: Ground roasted hazelnuts, milk chocolate and double cream, piped into a milk chocolate shell.
• Gold ganache bon bons: A golden combination and fast becoming a cult favourite, this is an expertly crafted ganache made from a selection of ingredients including white chocolate and caramlised milk.  The result is an intense yet balanced taste with rich notes of toffee, butter and cream, hand decorated with edible gold lustre dust. 
• Spiced Pumpkin & Brandy: Pumpkin puree blended into a milk chocolate ganache and a blend of aromatic spices including cinammon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg, plus a warming dash of VSOP brandy, finished in a milk chocolate shell.
• Apple desert: Spiced green apple puree contrats with the butter, toffee flavour of white chocolate and caramlised milk.  A must-have for apple lovers everywhere. 

STORAGE:  Store your chocolates in a cool dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight.  When the weather is hot please store your chocolates sealed in their box in the bottom of the fridge.  To appreciate the full flavour of the chocolates let them come to room temperature sealed in their box before eating.

SHELF LIFE: Liza Green Chocolates are a freshly made product.  We minimize the use of preservatives and only use fresh products.  This means the shelf life is not nearly as long as factory made chocolates that are designed to last for months on the supermarket shelves!  The shelf life of your mixed box is up to two weeks from packing which will occur shortly after your buy unless you have requested a delayed delivery.  There will be a "use by" date on the back of your chocolate box and a care guide so you can store your chocolates perfectly.  Expect the "use by" to be no less than 5 to 7 days after the delivery date.  You will generally find that most chocolates strangely disappear within a few days of delivery.  The only way to get round this is to re-order straightaway! Yum!

BOX SIZE & WEIGHT:  Choc Box dimensions are; Length 115mm, Width  85mm, Height  35mm.  Net weight 101 grams (estimated as all the chocolates are hand-made and some variation is inevitable.) Packaged box dimensions are; Length 200mm, Width 150mm, Height 150mm. Delivery box has to be this big to protect the chocolates so won't fit through a standard letterbox - unless you are a giant and live in a castle at the top of a beanstalk, in which case extra delivery charges may apply.

PHOTOS:  We are improving and developing our chocolates all the time, refining the shapes and flavours to make them even better!  That does mean though that the chocolates in the delivered box you'll get may look a bit different (we hope improved!) from the pictures you see on Yumbles!
