Macneil's Smokehouse are a small family business who produce, smoke, slice, cure and pack everything by hand. Tony Macneil (owner, head smoker, creater) having spent large amounts of time in Norway perfecting his recipes in kitchens and small cave and cupboard smokers, brought the vintage smoking machine and his ideas back to the UK to begin the smokehouse. They sold their first packet of smoked salmon in February 2015 and have since been featured in national magazines and have won Great Taste Awards. 

All of their smoked products are made with beech wood which gives a mild smooth flavour, beautifully packaged in Norwegian designed packaging. They put their passion for flavour and excellence first, meaning their smoked products are individual and amazing. They have many recipies that are unique, including their Herefordshire Cider and Apple Cured Salmon, which is the perfect balance of sweet and salty.
