This is the MacNeil's Fish Hamper, comprising of:
- 2 x MacNeil's Smoked Haddock Fillet (Average weight 250g, cured and naturally smoked undyed haddock fillets. Delicately flavoured with beech smoke to perfection. Ready to cook - use in pies, poached, in soups, as kedgeree dish & more. Sold per fillet. Each Fillet is a good size portion for 1-2)
- 2 x MacNeil's Hot Smoked Trout Fillet (Average weight 95g, Trout fillet covered in MacNeil's own recipe pepper mix then hot smoked and cooked through, ready to eat. These are sweet and tender fillets. Each fillet is a good size portion for 1-2)
- 1 x MacNeil's Smoked Peppered Mackerel (Average weight 185g, pair of Mackerel fillets, hot smoked with beech wood and covered with MacNeil's own recipe pepper mix. Succculent and soft, melt in the mouth fillets. Good Size portion for 2-4)
- 2 x MacNeil's Smoked Salmon 100g (Cured and smoked to our own recipe using beech wood for a smoother flavour and superior quality salmon. Sliced "Scandinavian style", straight down with longer slices at the tail. Each packet is a good size portion for 2)
- 1 x MacNeil's Herefordshire Cider and Apple Cured Salmon 100g (cured like a gravlax using Herefordshire cider and apple with superior quality salmon. Sliced "Scandinavian style", straight down with longer slices at the tail. Good size portion for serving 2)
- 1 x MacNeil's Hot Kiln Roasted Smoked Salmon 100-120g (Cured and hot smoked to our own recipe, gently cooked through as it smokes and topped with MacNeil's own recipe pepper mix. Soft and succulent fillet. Good size portion for serving 1-2)
Shelf life for Haddock: 1-2 weeks, remaining products: 2-3 weeks.
