HOW TO STEAM AT HOME :
1. Ensure water is fast boiling before steaming. Use steamer paper provided to go under dim sum.
2. Remove from packaging and place dim sum in steamer. Steam on high heat for 8 minutes (12 minutes for pork and prawn shui mai) from frozen OR for 6 minutes (8 minutes for pork and prawn shui mai) from defrosted condition. Please ensure dim sum is thoroughly defrosted before steaming.
3. Please ensure food is thoroughly piping hot before consumption.
