HOW TO STEAM AT HOME :
1. Ensure the water is fast boiling before steaming. Use the steamer paper rpovided to go under dim sum.
2. Remove from packaging and place dim sum in the steamer. Steam on high heat for 9 minutes from frozen OR, 6 minutes from defrosted condition (RECOMMENDED). Please ensure dim sum are defrosted thorougly before steaming.
3. Please ensure food is piping hot thoroughly before consumption
Keep in the freezer until use.
