INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGY:
Pork (60%), King Prawn (20%)(Crustaceans), Shiitake Mushrooms, Flour (Gluten), Chinese Water Chestnut, Salt, Vegetable Oil, Chicken Powder, Sugar, Sesame Oil (Sesame), Egg Yolk (Egg), Water.
HOW TO STEAM AT HOME:
1. Ensure water is boiling before steaming. Use the steamer paper provided to go under thedim sum.
2. Remove packging and place dim sum in steamer. Steam for 12 minutes from frozen or 9 minutes from defrosted (ensure dim sum is defrosted thoroughly).
3. Make sure food is piping hot thoroughly before consumption.
4. Keep in freezer until use. See packaging for expiry date.
