Gluten Free Gram (Garbanzo) Flour created for those sensitive to wheat and gluten.
Freshly and finely milled from garbanzo beans (also known as chickpea, gram or besan flour). Use to make falafel, hummus, papadums and pakoras. They are loaded with protein and dietary fibre and are a good source of iron. Flour made from this delicious bean lends a sweet, rich flavour to baked goods. It is also a wonderful ingredient for gluten free baking. Try it in crackers, pizza crusts and breads. Garbanzo bean flour also works well in cakes or quick breads with strong flavours like chocolate and pumpkin. Use it to thicken soups, sauces or gravies.
Use garbanzo bean flour to replace up to 25% of the flour in your baking to increase protein, iron and fibre.
This product has been milled and packaged in a nut, dairy, gluten and sesame free environment. All flours grown from NON GMO crops.
