White Rice Flour is freshly and finely ground from premium white rice. Use for gluten free breads. It is also used to make Oriental gluten-free noodles and some pancakes, such as South Indian appams.
It can be used to thicken soups and stews, as well as providing an alternative to wheat flour in cakes and biscuits.
This product has been milled and packaged in a nut, dairy, gluten and sesame free environment. All flours grown from NON GMO crops.
