Very Berry Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
We love this breakfast smoothie for a morning pick-me-up in summer! The berries and banana provide a much-needed vitamin boost, while oats are a great source of slow-burning energy.
Large frozen banana
A cup of mixed berries (we used strawberries, blackberries and a few cherries)
2 tbsp oats
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tspn of chia seeds
Approx 400ml coconut water
Blend and enjoy. Feel free to swap the coconut water for almond milk - or any other milk, if you’d prefer. Kids seem to love this one too.
