Chocolate Breakfast Smoothie
Chocolate for breakfast is every girls dream! This bad boy recipe is a perfect get up and go smoothie. I always make mine the night before and leave them in the fridge overnight, this makes them lovely and cool for work the next day.
So quick and easy - there's no excuse not to add a little chocolatey goodness to your morning!
- 1/2 Banana
- a good handful of chopped strawberrys
- 2 teaspoons of milled flax & goji berry mix (if you don't have this teaspoon of each is fine)
- 1 teaspoon chia seed
- 1-2 heaped teaspoon of raw cacao
- 3 teaspoons of gluten free porridge oats. Add more or less for thickness
- Almond milk
Fill your blender to the line with all the ingredients (adding your almond milk last), and blitz! Top with a little handful of your favourite granola (I use RudeHealth) and flaked coconut.
