Back to Work Fitness

So the holidays are well and truly over and it's back to school runs, early morning meetings and busy evenings. It's no wonder many people say they don’t have enough time to workout or stick to a healthy diet.
Here are a few of my favorite workouts that can be completed in less than half an hour!
Kettlebells
I absolutely love a kettlebell workout, you can make them as easy and as short as you need them to be. Typically I would pick 4 or 5 moves, complete them for 12-20 reps and complete the whole thing three times over.
HIIT Session
HIIT sessions are all about short bursts of really hard work. Which makes them absolutely perfect if you don't have a lot of time. The aim is to get your heart rate high quickly and then recover before you start again. It's best to perform each exercise for 30 seconds to a minute with 30 seconds rest and complete the circuit as many times and you can in the time you have.
Sprints
Sprints are a great way to get in a tough workout in a short amount of time. The times will depend on how you are feeling, the better you are the longer you will sprint for. Make sure you warm your legs up for around 15 minutes before you really get going and then set your sprint time and then go for it. I would normally sprint for between 20-30 seconds and then jog to recover for 2 minutes and then repeat that until 20 minutes is up.
