The Ultimate Dancing Juice: Apple Cider Vinegar

This spicy little shot has a multitude of health benefits and gets me dancing around my kitchen every morning without fail. What is it I hear you ask? Well my ultimate dancing juice is......apple cider vinegar!
I have a shot of apple cider vinegar (ACV) every morning and sometimes in the afternoon too if I need a pick-me-up. The benefits are endless, but here are a few so that you get the idea of just how wonderful this stuff is.
- Due to its high levels of pectin this magical elixir helps soothe a variety of tummy problems, from bloating to spasms and even serious bacterial infections such as candida overgrowth.
- Suffering from acne for years left my skin scarred and grey, but using this mixture has faded scars and given me back my glow! Simply mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and water in a pint bottle and shake. Apply every night as a toner.
- It makes an awesome salad dressing too! Mix 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 tablesoon apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons olive oil shake vigorously and drizzle over salads for a tangy and healthy salad dressing.
Please remember that mums the word: all of these benefits are due to the fact that ACV is unpasturised and unfiltered. Always buy a brand that states WITH MOTHER on the label. The "mother" is the tiny strands of enzymes, protein and friendly bacteria that float around in the bottle. This means that it is most definitely unpasturised and unfiltered. So if in doubt give it a shake and see if you can spot these magical strands.
Get your dancing shoes on beause I promise you will be dancing around after a shot of this!
