5 Delicious Ways to Enjoy Raw Cacao Powder

Who wants to eat chocolate every single day? I know I do! In its raw state, chocolate has more than 300 nutritional compounds and is one of the richest sources of antioxidants of any food on the planet - all the more reason to eat more of it!
Here are five delicious, guilt free ways to enjoy chocolate every day with raw cacao powder...
1. Add it to your smoothies
Add a tablespoon of raw cacao powder to unsweetened almond milk and some frozen bananas and you've got yourself a healthy thick chocolate and banana milkshake - yum!
2. Make a chocolate pudding
Simply blend an avocado, a tablespoon of raw cacao powder and a teaspoon of Agave Nectar and you've created a very healthy chocolate pudding.
3. Add it to your porridge
Now, I absolutley love this combination; mix together 1 cup of oats with a tablespoon of raw cacao powder, some unsweetened almond milk and a teaspoon of almond butter and the result.... nutty chocolate porridge. My favourite.
4. Make cookies
Mix a tablespoon of raw cacao powder with 1 egg, some oats and agave nectar and bake in the oven for 8 mins at 180 degrees C and voila... healthy chocolate cookies!
5. Chocolate granola... yes please!
Simply heat a tablespoon of coconut oil with some maple syrup, raw cacao powder and oats, then bake the mixture in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
