  • 1 fresh and 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • A few ice cubes

  • 1 cup of seedless green grapes
  • 1 cup of packed baby spinach (or other leafy greens)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
