Mandarin & Gin Christmas Cocktail

There’s more to making and drinking a cocktail than just the flavour; it’s about the experience. The 43 Club recently partnered with Broker’s Gin for London Cocktail Week and devised this brand new and totally unique flavoursome tipple, the perfect choice for Christmas day!

This cocktail recipe is full of twists and turns that will fill your taste buds with a tangy, sharp sweetness that you’ve never come across before. We’re sure you’ll enjoy this one:

Ingredients:

  • 45ml of Brokers Gin
  • 10ml of yuzu
  • 10ml of pine liqueur
  • 10ml of egg white
  • 5ml of tonic syrup
  • 1 scoop of Mandarin Sorbet
  • Dehydrated mandarin and pine sprig to garnish

Method:

  1. Dry shake all of the ingredients except for the sorbet, and then add the ice.
  2. Shake and stir and then serve in a martini glass.
  3. Add the mandarin and pine sprig for garnish.
