Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients:

 

  • 350 grams diced butternut squash and
  • sweet potato (from a packet)
  • 750 ml chicken stock (or vegetable stock)
  • 2 drops of Cinnamon Spice Drops
  • 2 drop of Mace Spice Drops
  • 3 drops of Pepper Spice Drops
  • 4 teaspoons buttermilk

Preparation:

Put the diced butternut and sweet potato in a saucepan with the chicken or vegetable
stock. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Add all
the Spice Drops®. Puree the soup using a hand blender. Pour the soup into a bowl,
garnishing with swirls made with 2 teaspoons of buttermilk. Sprinkle some pumpkin
seeds to add a bit of crunch and colour.
