Ingredients:

  • 1 large handful of baby spinach leaves
  • ½ ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped
  • 300 ml almond milk or low fat milk.
  • 2 tsps honey
  • Crushed ice
  • 3 drops Cinnamon Spice Drops
  • 1 drop Turmeric Spice Drops


Serves 1

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and evenly
mixed. You can garnish this smoothie with a pinch of chia seeds.
