8 Fabulous Food Ideas for the Big Jubilee Lunch
With the Big Jubilee Lunch fast approaching from 2nd to the 5th of June, we thought we would share some fun food ideas to help you to celebrate the Jubilee weekend in style. There are great big Jubilee lunches happening all over the UK over the course of four days to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and here are some of our favourite commemorative Jubilee foods.

Their limited edition Elizabeth Sponge contains seven layers of genoise sponge, each representing a decade of her reign. It features a lemon posset buttercream filling as a reference to her favourite dessert and a touch of Dubonnet, which is reputed to be her favourite drink, along with homemade English raspberry jam. Topped and glazed with lemon-water and Dubonnet, this is a delicious celebration of her glorious reign!
