Inspired by the Calabrian staple this fiery, soft, spreadable salami is packed with our own Cotswold grown chillies. A really versatile ingredient that can be used in so many dishes or eaten spread on good bread (if you're brave*). A classic pizza topping, also great with eggs, pasta and seafood.

You will get a 290g chunk cut from a whole salami. You will get a minimum shelf life of 6 weeks (likely to be closer to 3 months)
Cotswold 'Nduja - Pork (125g used per 100g of finished product), roasted red peppers, spices, chillies, salt, muscavado sugar, dextrose, garlic, ascorbic acid, potassium nitrate.
